HERIFORGE 1st Open Call is looking for innovative projects developing technical solutions in the use of immersive technologies for cultural heritage, addressing specific Challenges defined by the HERIFORGE Hubs.
About this opportunity
The main goal of HERIFORGE is to develop a network of three interconnected place-based hubs in Poland, Cyprus and Turkey providing Research and Innovation environment for innovation in the Cultural and Creative Industries with the responsible use of XR (Extended Reality) technologies and cultural heritage for the benefit of social resilience.
Eligible applicants
This call is open to SMEs (including startups), natural persons, and NGOs (foundations or associations) established in Cyprus, Poland, or Turkey or those established in EU Member States and Horizon Europe Associated Countries demonstrating a local footprint in those countries.
Supported actions
This call will select and support proposals to develop technical solutions in the use of immersive technologies for cultural heritage, which address specific Challenges defined by the HERIFORGE Hubs.
Selected companies will receive up to 50 000 euros per project and will join a 6-month Technical Support Programme with the possibility of using and adding to the HERIFORGE Hubs’ resources.
Selected projects execution might expand up to 6 months.

The Winetific Research is seeking collaborations with a 3D Artist and a VR Developer to contribute their expertise to the creation of this innovative platform.
