Tasting Notes

It appears clear, with semi-opaque intensity and a ruby colour. The legs are not flowing very fast, which contrasts with the perceived body on the palate. The nose feels slightly closed. The aromatic profile is not wide in range; it can be simply defined by blackberry and strawberry notes. The wine is youthful and lively.

On the palate, additional aromas emerge, including blueberry, cherry, redcurrant, cranberry, and black elderberry. Bread dough aromas comes from the alcoholic fermentation process. I should say to every mouth can not love this raw and wet yeast aroma. Medium acidity and alcohol are well balanced, accompanied by low tannins. The finish is moderate rather than persistent; however, overall, the wine shows good quality.

It is not suitable for ageing. As a menu choice for an aperitif or before the main course, this wine would be a pleasant option.
